Daniel was overtly abusive and repeatedly berated, belittled, and insulted me as he pummeled me with bitter sarcastic remarks. I stayed on the phone simply out of utter awe of his pompous arrogance - it was an astounding thing to experience. He assured me that he was "earning six figures" and no doubt I wasn't because I had nothing better to do than spend my time talking to him instead of making real money by buying his leads. He was pushy and arrogant and was more than happy to tell me what a "loser" I am because I wouldn't sign up with his company before even seeing a contract as to Terms and Conditions about what I was buying. I had the misfortune of making an inquiry about buying leads for home improvement contracting, and received a call from Daniel M*****. We hope he will reconsider and join us again in the future. We feel that we attempted to resolve our differences fairly and we are sorry to hear that the contractor thought otherwise. This was also the contractor's 4th time with our service, so we are not understanding why the contractor was so surprised by our credit policy, which is quite lenient compared to our competition. This contractor specifically told us that he made ROI on a job he closed through our service and we even offered to meet him half way on the lead in question. Our service is an investment and most of our (10,000+) contractors recognize that the leads that work out more than compensate for the ones that don't. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that every lead will want the work done immediately. Some homeowners may want more time to come up with the funds, get more design ideas, etc.

We have had many leads that converted weeks or months after the lead was submitted, particularly in the remodeling field, which this contractor is in. We understand that it can be frustrating when a customer decides to wait on a project, but this does not invalidate a lead. All of our lead credit requests are resolved within 3-10 business days and we provide access to all of our contractors to view the status of their requests through their dashboard at any time. We are very sorry to hear that this contractor had a bad experience with our service.
